Delivery

Orders will be shiped on on Monday to Friday exspt on public holidays.

CARE
All care is taken with the quality and packaging of my products.

in the event of receiving a broken or faulty product please follow the steps below

CLAIMS
All claims for missing or damaged goods must be lodged within 5 working days of receiving the item.

please provide a photo of the damaged goods.

DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a damaged or defective item a replacement or refund will be given once the item has been returned

Refund will include return postage.

Item must be returned within 30 days of notification of a damaged item
